Business Developer Senior (m/w) – Pharmaceutical Sector

Micro-Macinazione SA a leading European company for over 50 years in the micronization of ingredients for the pharmaceutical industry, operates in three plants in Monteggio and Madonna del Piano.
It was recently acquired jointly by the US company Microsize, which specializes in micronization, and the Swiss group Schedio, a supplier of jet mills, isolators, and spray-drying equipment.
We are looking for a
Senior Business Developer (m/w)
with proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector, capable of supporting business growth through the development of new markets and strategic partnerships.
You will be part of a team, reporting directly to the sales director, and will play a key role in defining expansion strategies.
Competenze richieste.
Hard Skills
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or equivalent (candidates with a degree in economics/marketing will also be considered, however, a technical background is preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, including at least 3 in the pharmaceutical sector
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
- Knowledge of sales force and digital tools.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Languages: fluent Italian and C1 level English. Knowledge of French and/or German is welcome

- Results-oriented and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
